In Xiromero in the Akarnanian Mountains, near the ancient city of Torivia, we cultivate with expertise and passion, the noble grape varieties Aigiorgitiko, Xinomavro and Syrah. The dry land of Xiromero and the abundant sunlight of Greece in combination with the traditional organic cultivation, guarantee the production of excellent grapes resulting in a high quality wine. The unique blend of our 3 grape varieties expresses the structure, the elegance and the exceptional fruity taste.

Produced and bottled in Kapotis Estate by HELLAS BIO NET, in Western Greece. The stabilization of the wine is done naturally in oak barrels, without any cooling or filtration process and with minimal sulfites. All sediments are natural ingredients of wine.

The unique blend of our 3 grape varieties expresses generosity, freshness and rich aromas on the palate.
